Gather all the ingredients and tools needed to cook the dish

First, start the marination of the beef. To do this, we need to make the sauce for the marination.

Making the sauce for the marination: Grate 1/2 of a pear

After the sauce is finished, pour the sauce into a ziplock bag with the beef and mix well. Leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours for the marination (8~12)

Now it's time for the sauce for the wraps.

Sauce: 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of Gochujang, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar

Now that all the sauces are ready, it's time for the toppings of the wrap.

Chop the onion into small pieces and keep them submerged in a bowl of water. In separate bowls, chop the cabbages, sangchu leaves, and Avocadoes into Juliennes.

Get the marinated beef out and start frying them in a pan. Keep cooking until no trace of water is left.

For the second type of wrap, get the pork and kimchi and start cooking them together in a frying pan. Also keep cooking until almost no trace of water is left.

Get the corn tortillas and warm them up

When the tortillas are heated, assemble each wrap with different toppings you prefer

Enjoy!
