How to Make Butter Cookies W/ Cream Filling

Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.

Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix butter and brown sugar.

Then add flour, baking soda, salt. Mix only till combined. Do not overmix!

Add milk & vanilla.

Your batter is done.

Fill a disposable piping bag with the tip of your choice.

Start piping.

Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes.

For the filling, mix everything in a bowl. Add milk if needed, to get a smooth yet thick batter.

It should look something like this.

To assemble, take cooled cookie and spread filling. How much you want is up to you. :)

For the filling, you could add a little ginger or lemon or orange flavoring. I like mine with ginger. :)

Sandwich with another cookie.
